The Fertility Partnership is a network of 11 fertility clinics across the UK and Poland, as well as multiple satellites that offer patients the convenience of having treatment closer to home.
To create a more streamlined experience for its patients, The Fertility Partnership worked with MD Consents to move its forms from paper-based to digital. Now, through a secure online environment built in Microsoft Azure, patients are able to complete all their consent documents in their own home, in their own time.
